Criteria

Applications will be approved against the following criteria:

1.You should live within 10 miles of the centre of Welshpool.
2. You will have no transport available to you (i.e. no car, access to a car or reasonable public transport).
3. You are unable to use or are not close to public transport.
4. You have a disability which prevents you from using public transport – for example isolation, dementia, physical, mental or some other registerable impairment.
